I went to my consultation meeting, after previously sending them a letter containing the information that Christopher had advised me to include. Christopher’s knowledge and co-operative style of discussion and decision making is very conducive and puts you at ease during the discussions with a timely report sent at the end of discussions which is useful for reflection and reporting back to colleagues.  A good listener who “hand holds” to your objectives.  He navigated our organisation through the myriad of HR regs and issues to decrease the risk for the organisation.  I would use Christopher again, and would most definitely recommend him to others.  He is sensitive to the client’s work pattern and challenges, facilitating discussions at the clients behest.
